China-based Astronergy has supplied 165.5 MW of PV modules for Egypt’s Benban Solar Park, a landmark project later featured on the Egyptian pound coin for its contribution to national energy growth. Building on this presence, Astronergy has now entered into an exclusive distribution agreement with Oriel Solar to bring its ASTRO N Series modules to support projects across the country. The partnership is expected to combine Astronergy’s technology with Oriel Solar’s local expertise, strengthening module availability and supporting the expansion of Egypt’s solar sector in line with its energy transition goals.
