Adani Green Energy SixtyNine, a wholly owned subsidiary of Adani Green Energy, has recently signed a PPA with Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited. The agreement is to supply 400 MW of solar power from its upcoming grid-connected PV project in Rajasthan. According to a regulatory filing, the agreement was executed on Saturday. The long-term arrangement is aimed to deliver solar power to help meet Uttar Pradesh’s electricity requirements and expand its renewable energy capacity. The project and the supply agreement between the two entities, aim to integrate solar energy into the regional grid and support the state’s growing energy needs.
