Trinasolar, headquartered in China, is the first to receive UL 61730 certification for a 210R module with its Vertex N 2000V module. Designed for 2000 V applications, the module delivers 620 W power with 22.7% efficiency, integrating 210 mm TOPCon technology to improve energy yield, lower balance-of-system costs, and shorten payback periods for utility-scale projects. According to UL Solutions, the module has passed thermal cycling, damp heat, UV exposure, and potential-induced degradation tests, ensuring durability and electrical safety. The module is designed with optimized creepage distance, high-insulation materials, and reinforced glass, which improve reliability and prevent short circuits. As per Trinasolar, the Vertex N 2000V module has been publicly launched at RE+ 2024 in Anaheim, California.
