China-based TCL Solar joined the 2025 International Green Energy Expo in Daegu, marking its first participation in South Korea following a brand update. The company presented BC, TOPCon, and shingled module technologies, including the G11RA-72P model designed for environments with limited space and variable conditions. Several TCL Solar modules have obtained Korean Industrial Standard (KS) certification. During the event, the company signed module supply contracts with Korean firms Dabin E&C and Korea Green Power. South Korea, which relies heavily on imported energy and is targeting 30% renewable energy by 2030, has created new market opportunities for certified international PV manufacturers.
