Risen Energy, a China-based solar module manufacturer, has recently announced the rollout of its 475 Wp bifacial TOPCon modules in the Australian market. The modules, with compact dimensions of 1762×1134 mm and a weight of 21.5 kg, were optimized for rooftops with space and load constraints. This design helped lower installation costs while improving suitability for residential and commercial applications. The products delivered 23.8% efficiency and strong weak-light performance, ensuring higher energy yield in varied conditions. They featured a low temperature coefficient of -0.29%/°C to reduce high-temperature losses. The modules also incorporated anti-LID and anti-PID resistance to enhance durability and reliability. Risen Energy is providing a 25-year product assurance and 30-year linear power commitment. Australia's retirement of 23 GW of coal capacity by 2030 was estimated to need at least 30 GW of renewable additions. Risen underlined its modules' capability to alleviate this transition with stable output and rooftop suitability. Earlier this year, Risen Energy had unveiled its Sunease series PV and storage kits in Karachi, highlighting expansion into regional markets.
