RenewSys earns 5-star BEE rating for 144X TOPCon 600 W module

RenewSys, which is headquartered in India, has recently received a 5-star BEE rating for its 144X TOPCon glass-to-glass PV module with a 600 W output. Designed for utility-scale and rooftop installations, the module is built with n-type solar cells. Its bifacial glass-to-glass structure strengthens modules durability, protect against environmental stress, and support rear-side power generation. The module is rated at 23.26% efficiency and maintains stable performance in high temperatures with a -0.29%/°C temperature coefficient. This variant also includes high-transmittance encapsulants, which are said to improve light absorption. The 144X model comes with a 12-year warranty and a 30-year power output warranty. RenewSys has previously earned a 5-star BEE rating for its 156X TOPCon glass-to-glass 650 W module.
