At the World Smart Energy Week 2025 in Japan, Polyshine Solar has showcased lightweight flexible photovoltaic modules. The modules featured a 70% weight reduction using patented polymer encapsulation technology. They weighed as little as 2.92 kg/ and had a bending radius of 0.5 meters. The design removed installation challenges for curved surfaces or structures with low load capacity without requiring retrofitting. The modules allowed quick installation using peel-and-stick or strap-fastening methods, simplifying solar deployment. Certified by authorities like TUV, CQC, and CE, the modules met international standards. The product lineup included rooftop and balcony options, enabling easier solar adoption in urban areas.
