China-based Mibet has completed an 80 MW solar project in Huludao, China, located on mountainous terrain with uneven ground. The project has utilized carbon steel ground-mounted systems designed for long-term durability and stability in challenging conditions. The brackets have undergone hot-dip galvanization, providing enhanced corrosion resistance and an improved appearance for the structure. A notable feature of the system has been the adjustable height of the mounting brackets, which allows fine-tuning during installation. This adjustment ensures a level panel array, reducing stress and the risk of microcracks in the modules caused by uneven support. The system has demonstrated adaptability to complex terrain, contributing to the successful grid connection of the Huludao project.
