Huasun Kunlun HJT modules improved stability, optimized land use, and reduced light pollution in vertical PV systems. Image Source: Huasun Solar
Huasun Kunlun Series HJT modules were used in vertical PV projects and incorporated dual-peak power generation, addressing the challenge of low electricity prices during regular PV power generation periods. This technology allowed higher revenue, improved project efficiency, and reduced grid load. A vertical installation in Blankenfelde, Germany, showed that Kunlun Series 720 W HJT modules outperformed TOPCon modules, increasing operating hours by 7.91%, saving 10 hectares of land, and reducing BOS costs by 1.92%. The LCOE decreased by 8.72%, and IRR improved by 3.76%. Vertical PV systems minimize dust and snow accumulation, reducing power loss and shading risks. Huasun Kunlun HJT modules had lower degradation rates and optimized temperature coefficients, ensuring stability. Vertical PV systems require less space, enhancing land use without altering terrain. These modules captured reflected light, reducing light pollution and environmental noise, optimizing solar utilization.
