China-headquartered Huasun has showcased its heterojunction (HJT) technology and high-efficiency solar modules at K.EY-The Energy Transition Expo in Rimini, Italy. Addressing Italy’s goal of 79 GW solar capacity by 2030, Huasun introduced the G12R-88 agrivoltaic HJT module, higher bifaciality and uniform light transmission to support agriculture and energy generation. The G12R series, featuring rectangular wafers and a zero-busbar design, aimed to boost power output and reduce system costs. G12R module boasts efficiency up to 23.7%, power output up to 640 W. Huasun also introduced a colored HJT module series. It features UV-resistant glass and advanced encapsulation. They combine aesthetics with energy efficiency for urban applications. During Solar & Storage Live KSA 2024, Huasun showcased high efficiency G12 and G12R based HJT modules.
