India based solar PV manufacturer Grew Solar showcased its latest TOPCon modules at RenewX Chennai. The company presented its N-type TOPCon bifacial dual-glass modules, including two high-performance variants. The M10 module, featuring 144 half-cut cells, delivers up to 590 W of power with a conversion efficiency of 22.85%. The G12R module, built with 132 half-cut cells, reaches up to 635 W and reaches 23.1% efficiency. Both modules are designed for high power output and maintain stable performance in low-light conditions. The M10 module measures 2,278 × 1,134 × 30 mm, weighs 33.5 kg, and uses 2 mm dual-glass construction. The G12R variant is larger, measuring 2,384 × 1,303 × 35 mm, with a weight of 39.75 kg. Both modules achieve up to 80% bifaciality and are rated for operation at 1,500 V DC. The company offers a 15-year product warranty and a 30-year linear power performance warranty. Grew Solar is expanding its two PV module manufacturing plants, one at Dudu by adding 5 GW to its 3 GW which is fully operational and the other at Narmadapuram with 3 GW. Both plants will be operational by 2026.
