Green Factory, headquartered in India, has distributed solar energy solutions and has showcased the Jio Spark Q1200 microinverter at RenewX 2025 in Chennai. According to Green Factory, the Q1200 was developed by Canada’s Spark and is now produced by Jio IoT in India. The microinverter can connect up to four PV modules with different capacities and is designed to operate in both grid-tied and off-grid modes. It has offered 1.6 kW maximum DC input, 1.35 kW AC output, 97% efficiency, a 0.99 power factor, and total harmonic distortion (THD) below 2%. The device is measured at 32 x 186 x 285 mm, weighs 3.3 kg, and has a National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA) 6 outdoor rating. Green Factory has said the system includes anti-islanding, overvoltage, reverse polarity protection, and cloud-based per-panel monitoring via SparqLinq.
