Octopus Energy’s Kraken platform manages distributed energy resources (DERs), providing flexible control of Enphase’s IQ8 Microinverters and IQ Battery 5P systems. With IO Flux, users can charge batteries during off-peak hours and export surplus energy during peak times. According to Octopus Energy, over 40% of IO Flux customers profit by exporting more electricity than they consume.
