DAS Solar, headquartered in China, has showcased its latest n-type PV technology at ENEX 2025 in Poland to strengthen its presence in the European market. The company has introduced 510 W 54-cell black-framed modules and 455 W 48-cell all-black modules, both n-type modules designed for rooftop installations with improved light absorption and aesthetics. It also unveiled 470 W 54-cell DBC modules integrating TOPCon and back-contact technology to reduce front busbar shading losses. Additionally, DAS Solar presented 625 W n-type bifacial dual-glass modules featuring TOPCon 4.0 Plus cell technology with 23.1% efficiency, optimizing balance-of-system and levelized cost of energy. At the event, the company signed a 54 MW project agreement with PVE Construction in Września, Poland, with grid connection planned for Q4 2025, marking DAS Solar’s first European deployment in 2025.
