Astronergy, a China-based manufacturer of photovoltaic modules, has presented its updated ASTRO N7 and N7s modules at Intersolar Europe 2025 in Munich. The modules feature upgraded TOPCon 5.0 technology and zero-busbar (ZBB) cells, which eliminate front-side busbars to reduce shading and improve current collection. According to Astronergy, the ZBB architecture also lowers microcrack risk and enhances light absorption and mechanical durability. The ASTRO N7s modules have passed TÜV NORD’s high load test and TÜV Rheinland’s HW4 hail impact certification. During the exhibition, Astronergy has signed new framework agreements to expand its footprint in Nordic and other European markets. The company’s booth included live demonstrations and briefings, highlighting the modules’ efficiency, durability, and application across residential, commercial, and utility-scale systems in various field conditions.
