AIKO, a China-based solar technology company, introduced its NAVIGATOR Intelligent Module at Intersolar Europe 2025 to advance PV asset management. Built on its N-Type ABC series, NAVIGATOR integrates real-time monitoring and AI diagnostics, boosting annual energy yield by 3–5%. Using Power Line Communication, it transmits data through DC cables, avoiding additional wiring costs. Module-level monitoring allows early fault detection and faster resolution of performance issues across arrays. Data is collected via smart junction boxes, relayed to a gateway, and analyzed on a cloud platform. AIKO claims NAVIGATOR enables a low-cost, low-barrier entry into intelligent solar management systems. In a 10 MW plant example, it recovered 300,000 kWh in annual energy losses. NAVIGATOR cuts O&M workload by over 95%, significantly reducing time, labor, and complexity in maintenance operations.
