Beijing-headquartered POWERCHINA, an integrated construction and energy infrastructure firm, has showcased solar and storage solutions at the International Building Expo 2025 in Guyana from August 14 to 17. It has displayed photovoltaic systems for homes, businesses and industries, along with containerized storage units. The company also provided services covering design, installation, operation and maintenance of solar projects. President Irfaan Ali visited the booth, learned about the technologies. The expo had over 300 booths with green energy technologies and new building materials. It showed Guyana’s construction sector moving toward smart, green practices and gave useful insights for developers and investors.
