GCL System Integration, a China-based solar technology manufacturer specializing in photovoltaic products and integrated energy solutions, has officially launched its commercialized perovskite modules at the 2025 International Perovskite PV Industry Conference. According to GCL System Integration, its gigawatt-scale production line has successfully rolled out the first 2.76 m² perovskite mass production module measuring 2400×1150 mm, achieving a conversion efficiency of 26.36 %, setting a new benchmark for perovskite commercialization. The company stated that it has progressed from an initial 2,048 cm² laboratory breakthrough to a 2 m² pilot-scale validation and now to full-scale 2.76 m² mass production. This achievement, as per GCL System Integration, not only advances efficiency and stability but also reshapes photovoltaic cost dynamics, accelerating China’s transition from perovskite research to industrial-scale production.
