The award is given to manufacturers that have appeared in the TaiyangNews Top Solar Modules Listing for at least six months during the calendar year, based on module efficiency data. DMEGC Solar’s Infinity RT series TOPCon module was one of the models featured in the listing. This module is built on a 210 mm rectangular wafer and uses a 132-half-cell configuration. It delivers a rated power output of 610 W and a module efficiency of 23%. The module measures 2,382 × 1,134 × 30 mm, weighs 32.3 kg, and incorporates a 2 mm double-glass bifacial design with a bifaciality factor of 80±5%. These specifications contributed to the module’s inclusion in the TaiyangNews listing, which formed the basis for the 2024 Badge of Excellence awarded at SNEC 2025. DMEGC also showcased high-efficiency modules at SNEC 2025.
