Austria-headquartered AEROCOMPACT, in cooperation with Photovoltaik.eu, has presented a PV Guided Tour at Smarter E Europe, featuring four mounting systems for various photovoltaic applications. Christian Ganahl (CTO) explained how PV systems were installed quickly and safely on rooftops, open areas, and façades. The COMPACTFLAT S_BASE system had one-tool assembly and stackable parts, which supported uneven flat roofs and reduced storage needs. COMPACTFLAT SN 2 was a rail-based modular system that offered flexible configurations using a limited number of components. COMPACTGROUND GS was suitable for gravel, landfill, and grassland, using soil nails and ballast to adapt to challenging substrates. COMPACTWALL TR enabled façade-mounted PV by transferring loads to wall transoms without affecting the sandwich panel core.
