Sunrock, Nelnet join forces for solar projects

Sunrock Distributed Generation has partnered with Nelnet, Inc. to finance and build solar and clean energy assets in California, Illinois, New Jersey, and New York. The collaboration focuses on utilizing Sunrock’s underwriting system and automated platform to construct solar and distributed generation projects. The initiative aims to enhance power grid resilience and decrease carbon emissions. Sunrock and Nelnet aim to aid local businesses, public entities, and nonprofits in transitioning to renewable energy. Nelnet will collaborate closely with Sunrock’s team to scale out the origination, development, and construction of distributed generation assets.
