Statkraft has entered into a seven-year Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with Luminous Energy for the 28.5MW Bracon Ash Solar Farm in Norfolk. The PPA is innovative, combining a Contract for Difference and a virtual Corporate PPA, ensuring fixed income and price stability. Statkraft’s Virtual Power Plant system will manage risks and optimize financial returns. The solar farm will produce enough energy to power approximately 9,500 homes.
