Sonnedix surpasses 1GW solar capacity in Spain

Sonnedix will surpass 1GW of operational solar capacity in Spain by the end of 2024 after acquiring a 42 MW solar plant in Toledo. This plant, part of a 78 MW portfolio acquired from Impax Asset Management, will generate 89 GWh of electricity annually, sufficient to power 26,000 homes and reduce CO2 emissions by 32,000 metric tons. This achievement is part of Sonnedix’s broader strategy, which includes a 300 MW project pipeline under construction in Spain.
