Solar N Plus has achieved a mass production average efficiency of 26.25% for its 182 mm x 182 mm N-type TOPCon solar cells, certified by the Fujian Metrology Institute. The cells feature low J0.met and ultra-thin metal fingers, resulting in a notable efficiency improvement of 0.3%-0.5%. This enhances overall performance and lowers LCOE. The company entered the n-type TOPCon field in 2022, targeting an average cell conversion efficiency of 27.5% by 2025. Its future plans include introducing TOPCon and perovskite tandem solar cells with efficiencies exceeding 33% by 2026.
