juwi Shizen Energy has completed a 121 MW solar power plant in Sanda City, Hyogo, Japan, one of the largest in the Kansai region. The project, built on a former golf course, was completed with zero lost time incidents and began operations four months ahead of schedule. It is expected to produce about 143 million kWh annually, enough for around 34,200 households, reducing CO2 emissions by approximately 41,000 tons each year. This marks juwi Shizen Energy’s largest project to date, contributing to its 712 MW portfolio of constructed solar power plants.
