Hyderabad-based ZAP91, a solar joint venture between Zetwerk Manufacturing and Pennar Industries, showcased its latest n-type TOPCon solar modules at the Renewable Energy India Expo 2025. The company displayed modules in 3 wafer formats — the G12 module rated at 720 W with 23.18% efficiency and dimensions of 2384 × 1303 mm, the G12R module reaches 620 W power with 22.95% efficiency with 2382 × 1134 mm dimensions, and the M10R module rated at 590 W with 22.84% efficiency and dimensions of 2278 × 1134 mm. These modules are designed for residential, commercial, and utility-scale applications. According to company, module production with a capacity of 1.6 GW is expected to begin by March 2026, with ALMM approval currently in progress. ZAP91 also plans to expand into cell manufacturing in its next phase, supporting both DCR and non-DCR product lines.
