China-based Sunpure Technology showcased its PS300 intelligent shuttle system at the Renewable Energy India Expo 2025. The PS300 robot is a fully automated, trackless PV cleaning system designed for utility-scale installations. It employs a dual-brush configuration, offers up to 1,000 m²/hour cleaning efficiency with high-precision path tracking. The system features anti-fall protection, wireless charging, and IP65-rated protection. Sunpure also exhibited its PT200 trackless cleaning robot, developed for automatic robot transfer between PV rows. The system operates autonomously with 24V self-power supply, supports LoRaWAN and Bluetooth communication, and can be integrated with trackers or fixed-tilt structures. According to the company, Sunpure’s robotic cleaning portfolio is currently deployed in large-scale projects across India, including Bikaner, Telangana, and Maharashtra.
