Gujarat headquartered Sunchaser Structures Pvt. Ltd. showcased latest solar tracker systems at the Renewable Energy India Expo 2025 in Delhi. The company displayed Airavat, a single-axis tracker designed with a 0° stow position rated for wind speeds up to 180 km/h. This system is aimed at improving operational reliability under high wind conditions. Sunchaser also showcased the Daychase 10° Tilted Tracker, a TSAT (Twin Single-Axis Tracker) design that combines a 10° south-facing tilt with east–west tracking to increase generation compared to fixed-tilt systems. The tracker integrates AC/DC motor control, adaptive sun-position algorithms, and LoRa/Zigbee-based communication. The controller is backed by a 5 year warranty and >99% uptime guarantee. According to the company, the system can achieve up to 21% higher generation output, though it requires more ground area and installation cost. Sunchaser currently supplies fixed, seasonal, and tracker-based mounting solutions and plans to open a new manufacturing plant in Maharashtra to expand its production capacity.
