Tamil Nadu–based Space Solar presented its n-type TOPCon modules during the Renewable Energy India Expo 2025. Among the products on display was the company’s SPACE V model, a bifacial dual-glass module designed with Trina Solar cells. The module delivers up to 625 W output with a maximum efficiency of 23.1 % and is based on the G12R wafer format. According to company, it currently operates 1 GW of module production capacity at Coimbatore facility and plans to expand to 1.6 GW by 2026, alongside entering battery manufacturing.
