Indian solar manufacturer RenewSys India Pvt. Ltd., a horizontally integrated producer covering solar materials, cells, and modules, showcased its comprehensive portfolio at the Renewable Energy India Expo 2025. The company presented encapsulants, backsheets, n-type TOPCon cells, and high-efficiency modules. Its 620 W n-type TOPCon module features 132 bifacial cells in a double-glass configuration, while the 600 W variant uses 144 bifacial cells with a transparent backsheet. Both offer low temperature coefficients and 30-year performance warranties. RenewSys has installed module manufacturing capacity of 5.5 GW across India.
