Gujarat-based solar module manufacturer Rayzon Solar showcased its flagship n-type ABC (All Back Contact) module at the Renewable Energy India Expo 2025. According to the company, the module features a power output of 645 W with an efficiency of 23.9%. With multi-busbar optimization and a backside contact design, Back Contact module offers around 9% higher energy yield compared to standard TOPCon modules and maintains a low annual degradation rate of 0.05%, the company explained. Rayzon currently operates 8 GW of module manufacturing capacity in Surat, with plans to expand to 12 GW by 2026 and commission a 5.1 GW solar cell line in mid-2026
