Indian solar module manufacturer Orient Solar, a brand of ADM Solar, presented its latest n-type TOPCon modules at the Renewable Energy India Expo 2025. The highlights included a 650 WpTOPCon module with 23% efficiency, based on the M10 wafer format and achieving a bifaciality of 80 ± 10%. Another exhibited module featured 590 W output and 22.86% efficiency, built with 16BB M10 rectangular wafers. Both modules come with 10-year product and 30-year performance warranties and were displayed in DCR and non-DCR versions. Orient Solar is also preparing to introduce TOPCon back contact and flexible panels in its upcoming portfolio.
