Huasun Energy, a China-based manufacturer of high-efficiency solar technologies, has showcased its Himalaya and Everest series heterojunction (HJT) modules at All-Energy Australia 2025 in Melbourne. As per Huasun Energy, the showcased products are developed to advance distributed photovoltaic applications aligned with Australia’s 2050 net-zero targets. Huasun Energy has introduced its Everest G12R rectangular HJT series, including 460 W high-reflective black bifacial, 520 W transparent black bifacial, and 615 W vertical bifacial modules. Each module is designed to deliver higher power output, enhanced light absorption, and lower degradation in varying environmental conditions. Huasun Energy has also presented its Kunlun G12R-132 vertical module concept, developed for dual land-use in fences, barriers, and façades. The Kunlun concept is designed with nearly 100% bifaciality, enabling dual-peak power generation suited to Australia’s afternoon energy demand patterns. Huasun’s participation underscored its focus on localized innovation and its growing presence in Australia’s distributed solar market. Recently, Huasun Energy has deployed its HJT modules in a 200 MW desert restoration portfolio in Inner Mongolia, demonstrating their durability in extreme climates.
