China-based LONGi has supplied 1,500 Hi-MO X10 modules for a 1 MW rooftop solar installation at Al Izdehar Carton Factory in Jordan. The project, located in the AI-Muwaqqar Industrial Area, covers 10,000 square meters and is designed to support the factory’s daily operations with solar power. Al Izdehar Carton Factory has stated that the system will utilize Jordan’s high solar irradiance, with over 3,200 sunlight hours annually. Magic Energy for Engineering & Electrical Solutions Company, LONGi’s official distributor in Jordan, has carried out the engineering, procurement, and construction work. The rooftop plant contributes to the region’s growing role as a solar energy hub and adds further renewable capacity to the AI-Muwaqqar Industrial Area, which already hosts several major solar infrastructure projects.
