AESOLAR, a Germany-based manufacturer of PV modules, has announced that its Meteor G12R module CMER132BDS secured the No.1 position in PV Magazine’s Outdoor Energy Yield Test for May and June 2025. According to AESOLAR, the module achieved an energy output of 133.29 Wh/Wp during its debut month in the testing matrix, outperforming the second-ranked competitor by 1.4%. On a per-square-meter basis, the Meteor G12R recorded 29.8 kWh/m², maintaining a 1.6% advantage over the next module under identical conditions. The module, designed with G12R cells and a bifacial double-glass structure, offers up to 630 W maximum power and bifaciality up to 85%. AESOLAR said that the module earlier earned a Five-Star “Very Good” indoor rating from PV Magazine, validating performance both in laboratory and field conditions.
