Plenitude has begun construction on the Renopool solar park in Badajoz, Spain, its largest global project with a capacity of 330 MW. Partnering with OHLA, Sacyr, and Sarpel, the park aims to annually produce 660 GWh, powering approximately 200,000 households. Utilizing advanced technology like bifacial modules and solar tracking, the project completion is expected in 2025, creating new local job opportunities. Renopool will connect to the national grid via three connection nodes and a shared high-voltage line. Plenitude, a subsidiary of Eni, operates in 15+ countries, managing 400 MW of wind and PV plants, with over 1,000 MW under construction and 2,000 MW under development in Spain.
