US-headquartered Origis Energy secured $415 million for the Swift Air Solar project in Texas, with $290 million from Natixis CIB and $125 million from Advantage Capital. The project, under construction, will begin operations in mid-2025, supplying solar power to Occidental’s STRATOS DAC facility in the Permian Basin. This is the third financing collaboration between Origis and Natixis. Legal support was provided by Latham & Watkins, Milbank, and Husch Blackwell.
