US-based OneEnergy Renewables, a Public Benefit Corporation, has signed an Asset Purchase Agreement with We Energies, Wisconsin Public Service Corporation (WPS), and Madison Gas and Electric Company (MGE). Together they plan to develop two utility-scale solar projects in Columbia County, Wisconsin. The projects are named Good Oak (98 MW) and Gristmill (67 MW). These sites will collectively add 165 MW of solar capacity. This initiative will help Wisconsin’s to achieve net-zero emissions by 2050. OneEnergy will manage the development and construction with a planned completion in 2026 and 2027
