London headquartered Octopus Renewables Infrastructure Trust (ORIT), managed by Octopus Energy Generation, has signed agreements in 2025 to sell stakes in two operational assets, taking total annual sale proceeds to GBP 74.3 million (~ $100.23 million). The transactions involved a 49% stake in the 67 MW Breach solar farm in Cambridgeshire and the full 51% holding in the 46 MW Crossdykes onshore wind farm in Scotland. Tokyo Century Corporation agreed to acquire 49% interests in both projects, while the remaining 2% of Crossdykes was agreed to be sold to an Octopus Energy Generation–managed fund. ORIT retained a 51% stake in Breach, with an option to add battery storage from 2029. The proceeds were allocated to debt reduction and to support future construction investments under the ORIT 2030 strategy.
