India-headquartered NTPC has announced the commercial operation of the second phase, a 25 MW segment, of its 200 MW Gujarat Solar PV Project in Sadla, Gujarat. This project is managed by NTPC Renewable Energy, a step-down subsidiary of NTPC. The first phase, with a capacity of 37.5 MW, was declared operational. With this addition, NTPC's total installation and operational capacity has reached 76,733.18 MW.
