Australian made components for smart solar trackers

Nextracker and Orrcon Steel, have partnered to manufacture Australian-made critical components for Nextracker’s smart solar trackers. These components will be used on distributed generation and utility-scale solar farms. The initial recipient from this facility will be ACCIONA Energia’s 480 MWp Aldoga Solar Farm, set to be constructed near Gladstone. The steel components will be manufactured from BlueScope’s coil at Orrcon Steel’s Brisbane mill and completed at the Northgate site by Baojia.
