Nautilus Solar Energy, through Nautilus US Power Holdco, acquires a 75.6 MW portfolio across 16 community solar projects in Illinois. Operational by 2025-2027, this move enhances Nautilus’s Midwest presence, aligning with Illinois’ clean energy goals. As the long-term owner, Nautilus ensures construction oversight, performance maintenance, and manages customer subscriptions. The projects benefit Ameren and ComEd customers, promoting renewable energy and contributing to Illinois’ clean energy targets, providing clean energy for around 10,000 homes and businesses.
