Meyer Burger and Solarnative have announced collaboration in the balcony power plant market segment. This partnership aims to introduce a high-quality balcony power plant ‘Made in Germany’. The shared balcony power plant offers unique features in the plug-in solar systems market. Unlike conventional solutions, where multiple modules share one inverter, Solarnative’s system allows for individual control of each module to maximize energy yield. Moreover, the locally permissible feed-in power (currently 600 watts in Germany) isn’t restricted by the inverter’s capacity; instead, it’s regulated by the supplied IntelliGate Balcony control unit. Automatic updates adjust the system’s power limit to 800 watts.
