Spain headquartered, Zelestra has signed a power purchase agreement to supply 39 MW of hybrid power to Seshasayee Paper and Boards Ltd (SPB). This power will come from Zelestra’s 150 MW co-located wind-solar hybrid project in India, which is scheduled for commissioning between February and March 2026 under the Intra State Open Access model. The agreement will supply 7.2 crore units of electricity per year, helping to reduce 57.6 MT of CO2 emissions that would otherwise come from state grid electricity. The project is designed to serve corporate and industrial clients, marking a significant addition to Zelestra’s renewable energy portfolio. This partnership supports SPB’s energy requirements while contributing to a lower-carbon electricity mix in the region.
