Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited, a subsidiary of Waaree Energies, has received a INR 156.66 crore (~ $18.83 million) contract to execute engineering, procurement, and construction works for a 150 MW AC (217.5 MWp) ground-mounted solar project in India. The faciity will be executed within India and is expected to contribute to the country’s ongoing solar capacity expansion. The contract value, excluding taxes, was disclosed in the company’s regulatory filing. This development adds to Waaree Renewable Technologies’ project portfolio for the upcoming financial years and reflects continued activity in India’s utility-scale solar EPC segment. The order was awarded by a renewable energy developer and is scheduled for completion during the financial year 2026-27.
