Mumbai-based Waaree Energies has recently secured a 410 MW module supply order from India-based Aditya Birla Renewable Energy Limited (ABREL). ABREL will recieve Waaree Energies' TOPCon, glass-to-glass bifacial 585 W PV modules, for key C&I PV installations across Gujarat, Rajasthan, and Maharashtra. The modules, intended for on-site energy use, will be delivered between May and September 2025. Waaree Energies operates manufacturing facilities globally, with an installed capacity of approximately 15 GW for PV modules, including 1.3 GW from Indosolar and 1.6 GW in Texas, US. Waaree also has a 1.4 GW cell manufacturing facility, with plans for expansion up to 5.4 GW. Khaba Renewable Energy has recently placed a 362.5 MW solar module order with Waaree Energies for NHPC’s project.
