TPSolar, a Netherlands-based solar project developer, has signed an agreement with AIKO, a China-based solar module manufacturer, to supply 50MW of high-efficiency All Back Contact (ABC) modules for the ZonneparkZuidvelde project in Noordenveld. TPSolar stated the agreement marks the start of a long-term partnership with AIKO focused on high-efficiency modules and strict quality oversight. AIKO’s ABC modules were selected for their rear-contact design, which improves active cell area and ensures high conversion efficiency. The 27-hectare solar asset is expected to generate enough electricity to power around 14,000 Dutch households annually. The site was selected for its favorable grid access and suitability for dual land use. The installation supports Noordenveld’s 2040 energy-neutral target and complements existing rooftop solar and efficiency efforts.
