Technique Solaire, headquartered in France and focused on PV project development and operation, has secured €302 million (≈ $344 million) in senior debt financing. According to Technique Solaire, the financing has been arranged to support 341 solar projects totaling 240 MW across France, Spain, and the Netherlands. According to Technique Solaire, the portfolio includes 185 MW in France, 32 MW in Spain, and 23 MW in the Netherlands. Technique Solaire said that construction for most of the projects is expected to begin in 2025, with others planned for 2026 and 2027. As per Technique Solaire, the projects have included agricultural sheds, climatic shelters, aviaries, greenhouses, ground-mounted parks, and floating solar parks. Technique Solaire confirmed that the €302 million (≈ $344 million) financing was the largest debt raising in its history and supports its 4 GW capacity target by 2030.
