TCL SunPower Global, a China-based manufacturer of PV modules, has partnered with Energia Italia to expand its distribution in Italy. Energia Italia, an Italy-based solar solutions distributor, is set to deliver TCL’s modules to residential and C&I installers nationwide. According to TCL SunPower Global, the partnership is part of its broader strategy to expand in solar, HVAC, and heat pump technologies. Energia Italia’s leadership has visited TCL’s Chinese manufacturing plants, where both parties aligned on product quality and strategic direction. This partnership was further strengthened after Energia Italia was acquired by Gruppo Marigliano, enhancing access to installer networks and business clients. Energia Italia has stated the collaboration supports its growth phase by diversifying offerings and expanding customer outreach across key regions. TCL SunPower Global has confirmed the alliance aims to increase distribution efficiency, local penetration, and long-term value in Italy’s solar sector. Earlier this year, TCL SunPower Global has appointed Comet S.p.A. to distribute its modules across 12 Italian regions.
