SOLV Energy, a US-based provider of utility-scale solar and energy storage projects, has acquired Spartan Infrastructure, a high-voltage transmission contractor from Mesa, Arizona. The deal expanded SOLV Energy’s transmission and distribution (T&D) capabilities across the US. Both companies partnered earlier on major solar projects in the Southwest, South Central, and Mountain West regions. Spartan’s expertisehas strengthened SOLV Energy’s ability to deliver integrated, lifecycle energy solutions. The acquisition provided Spartan with financial backing to pursue larger infrastructure projects.
